A high incidence of sperm DNA fragmentation has been related with semen fertility failures in humans (Evenson en at. 1980), bull (Evenson et al. 1980), boar (Evenson et al. 1994) and stallion (Love et al. 2002).
The kit is commercialized in two presentations, for optic microscope and for fluorescence microscope to perform 20 x 2 samples.
